Shipping

Orders are shipped by the next working day from Edinburgh, UK.  If you're in the UK, your order will be posted First Class unless you opt for Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm service.  International orders will be posted Standard International via Royal Mail.  

Estimated Delivery Times:

UK:  up to five working days

Europe:  up to 10 working days

Rest of the World:  up to 14 working days

Orders are not tracked.  If you're in the UK and wish to upgrade your shipping, please get in touch before placing your order.  

If you realize you might have missed the deadline for a birthday card, Miümi Cat offers a selection of fantastic belated cards, or you can always pop over to the printables shop!

*Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, etc. incurred upon delivery of order.  Refunds are not given for parcels that are not accepted.  

Returns

Refunds will only be granted in the event of defective or faulty items. You must make your request for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the items in order to qualify.

If you wish to return an item simply because it wasn't as you expected or you changed your mind, you will only be offered an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. The same timeframe of 14 days of receipt of the item(s) applies in order to qualify for an exchange.  You will be responsible for the replacement item's shipping cost in addition to the cost of return shipping, so please make your selection carefully.
